Pepsi has unveiled its latest football-themed Pepsi Max commercial, building on a legacy that has previously seen David Beckham, Ronaldinho and other legendary appear in its adverts. For the 2019 clip, Pepsi has recruited Barcelona captain and four-time Champions League winner Lionel Messi and Liverpool’s “Egyptian King” Mo Salah.

Titled “Last Can Standing,” the commercial sees the two players show off their football skills at a remote gas station, competing for the last can of Pepsi Max on offer. The video has been released to mark Pepsi’s ongoing relationship with the Champions League, which begins its second round this week. Take a look at Salah and Messi’s skills in the clip above.
