ICECREAM Rejoins 'Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex' For Capsule Collaboration
Repurposing imagery first seen almost six years ago.
Shortly after returning with some revamped designs, Billionaire Boys Club division ICECREAM rejoined cult anime Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex for the duo’s first collaboration since 2013.
Putting together some must-haves for fans of the series, the collaborative range is comprised of coach jackets, hoodies and T-shirts. Accompanying the signature ICECREAM branding is an array of graphics centered around protagonist Motoko Kusanagi and the beloved Tachikoma walker robots endowed with artificial intelligence. Both the characters have been reworked to fit the playful theme of ICECREAM, with Motoko wearing the brand’s signature varsity jacket and Tachikoma wearing a maraschino cherry like a sundae.
