Heron Preston Reimagines the Classic Trench Coat for SS19
Two coats for the price of one.
For Spring/Summer 2019, Heron Preston utilized his signature juxtaposition outlook on fashion to create an interesting take on the classic beige trench coat.
The two-sided coat features a double-breasted front constructed of a cotton-blend twill and accented by paneled pink trim along the pockets. Going to the rear of the piece we see a green, black and 3M reflective panel reminiscent of what you would find on technical outerwear. Tying the contrasting styles found on the front and back together is a detachable and adjustable logo-woven webbing belt in orange with a press-release fastening. Functional detailing on the coat comes in the form of a detachable hood, partially elasticized cuffs, a concealed bungee-style drawstring and storm flap.
