After being released on bond earlier this week, 21 Savage sat down with Good Morning America to talk about his highly publicized U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrest.

In a preview of the candid talk, the famed rapper tells ABC News correspondent Linsey Davis that he believes he was “definitely targeted” by the ICE. Recalling what happened, Savage reveals his state of confusion stating, “I don’t even know, I was just driving and I just seen guns and blue lights. And then I was in the back of a car and I was gone.” 21 Savage also tells Davis that he was never told he was under arrest, “They didn’t say nothing. They just said, ‘We got Savage.’”

21 Savage, who is actually from the United Kingdom, was arrested February 3 for reportedly entering America legally in 2005. Officials state that Savage “subsequently failed to depart under the terms of his nonimmigrant visa” and has now been placed into removal proceedings.

Check out the preview of 21 Savage’s upcoming interview above and tune into Good Morning America February 15 at 7 a.m. EST to catch the candid talk in full.
