Bad Bunny Gets Married in New "Si Estuviésemos Juntos" Video
Off his recently-released debut album.
Towards the conclusion of last year, “Latin Trap” superstar Bad Bunny released his debut studio album, X 100pre. Notably, the aforementioned LP featured 15 new tracks, including collaborations with Diplo, Drake and El Alfa. Like many of his past singles and similar releases, X 100pre also did very well on the Billboard charts, having peaked at #11 on the U.S. Billboard 200 and claimed the top spot on the Top Latin Albums rankings. Now, continuing to support his 2018 LP, Bad Bunny resurfaces with a new video in support of the Tainy- and La Paciencia-produced X 100pre cut “Si Estuviésemos Juntos.” During past live performances, Bad Bunny has said that “Si Estuviésemos Juntos” is a record that he has a strong appreciation for, and called it a song about romance and love.
“I would get out of school and go straight to my computer to create beats,” Bad Bunny previously told Billboard, explaining how he first got into music. “If I went out to play basketball with other kids, when I came home I’d shower and go right back to the computer again. If there was a birthday party or a family activity, I would take my laptop and spend the whole day there.”
“Trap is new … It didn’t start yesterday, but when I was 5, it didn’t exist — not even in the U.S. I’ve evolved with the music,” Bad Bunny also shared with Billboard, breaking down his connection to the contemporary “Latin Trap” sound.
