UPDATE (December 2, 2019): YouTube channel PistolShrimps‘ latest short film — Tommy Wiseau in Star Wars: The Saga — is out now, featuring the infamous Tommy Wiseau edited into some of the most iconic Star Wars scenes. Check out the hysterical 20-minute piece above.
ORIGINAL STORY (November 30, 2019): In possibly the most ambitious crossover of 2019, YouTube creator PistolShrimps — known for editing together the whackiest of cinematic combinations — has placed infamous The Room creator Tommy Wiseau into iconic Star Wars scenes in a new short film titled Tommy Wiseau in Star Wars: The Saga. The original concept came to fruition in 2017, when PistolShrimps initially released a short video edit of the idea. Yet after much turmoil and fans wanting more, the famed creator has now decided to release a short film in its entirety.
Coming December 1, the epic 20-minute saga will place the off-kilter star into the role of Luke’s father, Darth Vader, Rey, and more. PistolShrimps has shared the hilarious trailer for the project, viewable above. Prepare yourselves for the full film, to see how Wiseau’s connection to the force is fully revealed.
