Kanye West Claims 'Jesus Is King' Tour Is Coming "Right Away"
Potentially the rapper’s first tour in three years.
Shortly after releasing Jesus Is King after a series of delays, Kanye West is now talking about a tour for his ninth studio album.
While walking around New York City, ‘Ye was asked by the rapper about the chances of a tour for the newly released project which received a simple “right away” response. Following the unexpected word, the rapper also noted that “it’ll be something different” alluding to chances that he already has a concept in mind. Later in the same video, we get a look at a double-decker bus Kanye had ride around New York playing his new album and displaying bible quotes and other religious imagery on a large screen.
If Kanye West does launch a Jesus Is King Tour it will be his first string of roadshows since the Saint Pablo Tour back in 2016, which was abruptly stopped due to the rapper’s growing mental health issues at the time.
