Fake Ass Flowers Launches Special Collection at Pigalle Gallery Tokyo
A new drop from Verdy-affiliated YouthQuake.
Street culture collective YouthQuake is comprised of various Japanese taste-makers, known for collaborating with creatives like Verdy and FULL-BK. The group also develops street-friendly label Fake Ass Flowers, which offers infrequent drops of graphic-rich goods — one such drop is going down this weekend at Pigalle‘s Shibuya outpost.
Encompassing a wide range of layering pieces and wardrobe staples, Fake Ass Flowers’ latest delivery is an expansive array of statement pieces. Patterned bomber jackets and printed denim jeans upgrade classic seasonal staples with ample visual appeal, while strappy cargo pants and bandana-inspired handbags encourage more adventurous styling. Slouchy hoodies, oversized striped shirts and grey mélange pullovers ensure cold weather warmth and cropped work jackets reinforce an effortless workwear aesthetic, complemented by star-laden kerchiefs.
