Future Finally Releases Metro Boomin Executive Produced 'Monster' Mixtape on Streaming Platforms
Celebrating the five-year anniversary of the iconic project.
To celebrate the five-year anniversary of his Monster mixtape, Future has finally released the iconic project on streaming platforms. Taking to Instagram, Future Hendrix broke the news paying respects to his late engineer Seth Firkins, “I’ve always spoke through my music and the people championed my trials and tribulations wholeheartedly with no regards. Remember #MONSTER 5years later this classic is available on all platforms, Thanks for the love #RIPSETH.”
Released back in 2014, Monster which serves as Future’s thirteenth mixtape helped skyrocket the artist to the front of the hip-hop realm. Executive produced by Pluto and Metro Boomin, the lauded project features celebrated hits like “Codeine Crazy,” “My Savages” and “Fuck Up Some Commas.” Unfortunately, the version does not feature the original “Intro” and his “Abu’s Boomin” skit.
