With hits like Welcome to the Rodeo and Lust, 2018 showed why you should be paying attention to Lil Skies. Starting the year off right, Lil Skies just dropped his new single “Real Ties”, accompanied by a Xandros-directed music video that is shot in his hometown of Pennsylvania.

The song pays homage to his friends and family while his catchy flow and upbeat tempo make fans wonder when he will get the overdue credit he deserves. Several weeks ago, Skies promoted the shooting of his music video for his hometown audience, asking them to be involved in the “Real Ties” MV, and they didn’t disappoint, showing up in a large crowd to show love to the 20 year old rapper.

Lil Skies is set to have another major year of music, and we already can’t wait for him to drop another record. In the meantime, keep jamming to the “Real Ties” music video above.
