The Black Keys' Dan Auerbach Tackles Drake-Meek Mill Beef in New Video
Yet another thing to add to the ongoing Drake and Meek Mill saga.
File this one under “random.” In the new video for “Outta My Mind,” a recent single from Dan Auerbach side-project The Arcs, garage rock riffs, psychedelia and the beef between Drake and Meek Mill cross paths. While the clip for “Outta My Mind” is a rather orthodox, by-the-numbers clip by rock video standards, things take a turn for the unusual at the video’s conclusion. Once the music of “Outta My Mind” cuts off, Auerbach’s group chooses to end their piece with footage of a discussion about Drake and Meek Mill’s recent spat. Most importantly: the whole video ends with the line, “Meek Mill may not live by the same rules as us.”
