Midnight Studios Drops Anti-Establishment Fall 2018 Capsule
Seasonal layering pieces with punk attitude.
Shane Gonzales’ Midnight Studios greets Fall 2018 with a fresh selection of graphic gear. Encompassing printed tees, hoodies and an embroidered cap, the new selection focuses on bi-color goods that emphasize bold imagery, with plenty of attitude to go around.
One T-shirt juxtaposes a crying child on the front with four pessimistic stages of life on the rear: “BIRTH SCHOOL WORK DEATH.” Other shirts are printed with “Personality Crisis” and a series of queried statements, including “IS IT A CRIME,” “IS IT AN OBSCENITY” and “IS IT MADNESS?” Elsewhere, a zip-up hoodie and flat-brim cap are both emblazoned with contrasting white stars and “MIDNIGHT ROCK ‘N’ ROLL STAR” verbiage, hammering home the brand’s musical inspiration.
