As well as more footage teasing the end of “The Xehanort Saga.”
SQUARE ENIX has released a new story trailer for Kingdom Hearts III at this year’s Tokyo Game Show, alongside the game’s brand new cover art. The video above details previously seen Big Hero 6 footage while showcasing its world, Sora’s keyblade transformation in that world, and even a new photo mode similar to Marvel’s Spider-Man.
It also showcases plenty of storyline content, including the appearance of a corrupted Aqua, Sora’s new relationships paralleling Roxas’ friendships with the kids from Twilight Town, and the return of Roxas himself. Additionally, the Kingdom Hearts III cover art designed by Tetsuya Nomura has been released and features 13 main characters from the franchise under a colorful sky and across from a 13-point clock that alludes to Organization XIII.
Check out the trailer with English subtitles by using the closed caption option above, and grab Kingdom Hearts III on January 29 on Xbox and PS4.
In other news, Yugi from Yu-Gi-Oh! is making his way to Jump Force.
