Having conceived the idea a fews years ago when cultural and musical festivals were beginning to boom all around the globe, Kevin didn’t push forward with the idea until we successfully brought together the most influential movers and shakers in our various spheres of culture at the inaugural HB100 dinner party at Art Basel Miami in December 2017. Having then decided he would turn this longtime dream into a reality, Kevin enlisted streetwear giants Hiroshi Fujiwara and Sarah Andelman to help with the creative direction, one that centers on educating and inspiring our legions of fans, all while bringing your favorite aspects of our digital world to the physical one.
While we can’t dive into the specifics of Hypefest just yet, we can tell you that it’ll happen during the weekend of October 6 and 7 in Brooklyn, New York. Your favorite brands from all over the world have come together to create exclusive goods and experiential pop-up spaces just for you, alongside musical performances, informational discussion panels, interactive installations, and so much more.
