Fresh off the Paris Fashion Week runway, Gucci unveiled its Ready-to-Wear Spring/Summer 2019 collection, keying in on contemporary opulence through an old-school 70s-style prism. Moving away from the bright lights of the high-fashion stage, the luxury label recently released a reversible poncho silhouette ideal for the season at hand. One side highlights Gucci’s iconic “GG” logo in yellow while placed on a clean black base, although when flipped over, settles on a red/blue/white tartan print.
Made in Italy from 100 percent wool, the piece, when worn with the lapels flipped back, goes on to reveal both sets of prints, resulting in a unique one-of-a-kind find.
