Young Thug Didn't Know That He Won a VMA
Nobody told him.
Young Thug dropped a music video for “Wyclef Jean” that he didn’t show up for in January. Even though the Atlanta rapper didn’t make an appearance, director Ryan Staake flipped the no-show into a successful video with some brilliant editing work. The video was so good that it even got Thug and production studio Pomp&Coult a VMA for Best Editing.
Ironically, Young Thug also did not show up to receive the award during the show yesterday. However, it was because Thugger was not aware of his victory because nobody told him about it. Check out his tweet about it and rewatch the music video below.
