Like most people had expected, Kanye West delivered one of the most memorable moments at tonight’s MTV Video Music Awards, which took place at the Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles. At the conclusion of his succinct and poignant speech, an admittedly-stoned West announced that he would run for presidency in 2020.
