'Power Rangers' Movie Sequel Reportedly in the Works
It’s Morphin’ Time once again.

After receiving a teaser shortly after last year’s Power Rangers big screen reboot, we now learn that a sequel to the film may already be in the works.
Despite being a commercial failure, it looks as though Saban and Hasbro are moving into early development for its first sequel, according to an interview with Brian Goldner, the CEO of Power Rangers rights holders Hasbro. In the interview, Goldner revealed that the multinational toy company “will work with a film studio to develop a new Power Rangers movie as a follow-up to the 2017 release.” No word yet on if the sequel is part of the six-movie story arc Saban Entertainment planned last year.
