Kanye and Kim Win Lawsuit Against YouTube Founder

Following Kanye West’s epic marriage proposal to now wife and baby momma, Kim Kardashian, YouTube founder Chad Hurley leaked a video of the intimate moment (by Kanye and Kim standards) via his startup MixBit, allegedly breaking the terms of the confidentiality agreement he signed for Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Although he argues MixBit was not relevant to the agreement, it seems Mr. Hurley is still getting handed an L for this one. He has been ordered to pay the couple $440K in the next few days and the case will be dismissed.
