During his Nashville, Tennessee show over the weekend, Drake told the audience he “grew up a fan” of country music legend Shania Twain, and even dedicated his set to her.

“I just want to say that, like, Shania Twain came to my show tonight, you know what I’m saying Nashville?” he told the crowd (via The Tennessean). “So this next set, right here, I’m doing this for Shania. This is my love set for Shania, right here.”

Apparently, Drake’s been country music fan of Shania’s for a while, as he also took a picture with the famed singer on Instagram with the caption, “My WCW (Woman Crush Wednesday) even though it’s Monday. Shania.” So would it be possible we’ll hear Drake on a country track with Shania Twain in the near future? Wouldn’t be surprising as Drake’s no stranger to cross over records. Back in 2014, Drake recorded a bachata record called “Odio” with Latin superstar Romeo Santos that would eventually go platinum. Stay tuned.
