At the beginning of this year, we delivered an exclusive backstage look at Astrid Andersen’s Fall/Winter 2018 show. Now, Astrid Andersen hits Copenhagen Fashion Week to deliver a Spring/Summer 2019 presentation.
Notably, Astrid Andersen chose to look to the concept of family for her Spring/Summer 2019 showcase. The range is closely tied to Andersen’s Danish roots, and stresses the strength of familial bonds. Specifically, the presentation was shot at the Verner Panton suite to honor the famed Danish architect. To emphasize the collection’s eclecticism and openness, Andersen also chose to utilize models from a wide variety of backgrounds.
