Period Correct Salutes BMW With "Motorsport" Collection
A tribute to Munich’s finest.
California-based Period Correct shows love for BMW with “Motorsport,” a clothing range honoring the German car behemoth’s M series vehicles and their racing history. Referential patterns appear on black and white Stance socks, while “SCHNITZER and “GS TUNING” — references to tuning companies that specialize in BMW — accent T-shirt sleeves. A photograph of an engine emblazoned with “BMW M POWER” is printed on a pair of monochrome tees, with other shirts featuring a “Motorsport” script logo or an “M” logo, accented by small racing flag-style tags near the hem. The Motorsport script also appears on a black GORE-TEX-lined cap, the collection’s other understated accessory.
