To celebrate America’s independence and the impending debut of its Tribeca-bound NYC flagship store, maharishi is set to release a New York City-inspired capsule, consisting of a commemorative overshirt and T-shirt.
Fashioned from Italian Mil Cotton, the tiger camo-printed button-down artistically highlights tour-style artwork — often found on souvenir jackets from returning vets nostalgically commemorating their own tours, home country or town maps — of the city’s five boroughs with embroidered text and imagery found throughout. The tee, offered in both black and white options, features branding on the front with the aforementioned tour graphic landing on the back. Both items will hit the scene on July 4 via the brand’s London location and online shop.
