KR Rides Around Los Angeles In "Pop Out" Video
Directed by Angelo Deprater.
KR releases his new music video for his single “Pop Out” off his upcoming LP In Due Time. In the Angelo Deprater-directed visual, KR can be seen riding around Los Angeles while sitting on the window of his car. The new record for KR is his return from his last project, 2017’s The Intermission EP. For KR, “Pop Out” is the beginning of his new journey.
“I wanted to make a record that was void of fear,” he said to HYPEBEAST. “In the beginning, I made music that was good but full of fear of myself, people listening or just what people thought I should be doing. This record came together from a place of calm and if you listen closely I’m the surest I’ve been in my career thus far and I wanted the video to reflect that. This is really an anthem for anyone who needs that extra confidence or friend to be like talk that shit.”
In Due Time drops July 27 via I$0LYF3/Empire Records on all digital music retailers and streaming services. Watch the video for “Pop Out” above.
The budding star has also been featured in a number of recent movies. He’s the lead supporting antagonist in the remake of 1970s film Superfly and in Kings alongside Halle Berry and Daniel Craig in the 2017 drama.
