The COMME des GARÇONS x Nike ACG Mowabb Receives an Official Release Date
From “acg” to “cdg.”
Revealed during its Fall/Winter 2018 presentation, COMME des GARÇONS HOMME Plus‘s fashion-meets-function Nike ACG Mowabb collab is finally set to officially release later this week.
Continuing its working relationship with Nike, the powerhouse collaboration utilizes tonal white and black colorways to highlight the mixed-material construction of the ’90s trail-inspired model. The dynamically exaggerated and perforated panel upper is supported by a neoprene bootie inner offering structure to the shoe, while a Nike-branded heel counter, solid chunky midsole, and the usual “acg” ankle branding has been playfully replaced by the letters “cdg.”
Priced at £210 GBP (approximately $275 USD), the two COMME des GARÇONS HOMME Plus x Nike ACG Mowabb colorways are set to release at CDG and Dover Street Market locations on August 3, with a wider release coming later this summer.
