Golden State Warriors Receive Custom Nike Epic React Flyknits
Gold Swooshes for the new NBA champs.
Nike‘s Epic React Flyknit has been the silhouette of choice for many special edition colorways, such as the recent “Dusk to Dawn” pair, but the runner’s latest custom is an especially fine-looking PE model for the newly-crowned NBA Champions, the Golden State Warriors.
Limited to just 37 pairs, this Warriors-exclusive Epic React Flyknit sports a clean black-speckled white Flyknit upper, a crisp white React midsole and an icy translucent outsole — all of which set the stage for a metallic gold Swoosh and midsole heel clip. Other special touches include insoles featuring the NBA Larry O’Brien Championship trophy on one shoe and the word “Champions” on the other, as well as a gold-tone NBA trophy hangtag.
Unfortunately, you won’t be able to get your hands on one of these Epic React Flyknits, but let us know if you’d like to see Nike release a colorway like this in the future. In the meantime, the NBA trophy-inspired Nike Air Force 270 “Gold Standard” is releasing this month.
