Chance the Rapper has announced a concert in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Special Olympics. Taking place July 21 at Chicago’s Northerly Island, the lineup features Chance, Usher, Francis and the Lights, Smokey Robinson, Jason Mraz and more.
