Lifestyle toy brand Kidrobot has launched an 18-piece collection dedicated to the work of Jean-Michel Basquiat. In partnership with Artestar and the late artist’s estate, the revamped Dunny figurines bear their familiar tubular ears in a variety of designs paying homage to Basquiat’s paintings such as The Wine of Babylon and Hector, along with commonly-seen symbols. The vinyl toys are dressed in bold colors and compositions mirroring the artist’s signature Neo-Expressionist style, along with crown and skull motifs seen throughout the collectibles. Each item is packaged in its standard foil bag and a blind box to preserve its mystery.

The Basquiat Dunny Art Figure Series is available at Kidrobot and select toy retailers now for $11.99 USD.  For more art-inspired toys, also check out Kidrobot’s Andy Warhol soup can chess set.
