Hebru Brantley Teases Upcoming BAPE Collaboration
‘Fly Boy’ and APE HEAD collide.

Following his “NEVERMORE” pop-up in NYC is Hebru Brantley’s upcoming collaboration with BAPE Japan. The Chicago-based artist shared a post on his Instagram account detailing the partnership. The teaser portrays an up-close shot of what appears to be a white T-shirt emblazoned with a graphic of the ubiquitous APE HEAD graphic with Brantley’s signature Fly Boy character piloting an airplane that zips around it. Topping off the design is co-branded lettering in tonal black underneath the colorful visual.
Stay tuned for more details on the upcoming collaboration that is set to release sometime next week. In other BAPE news, the streetwear giant is set to launch a special capsule entitled “BAPE XXV” for its 25th anniversary.
