The Claire House Brings Architectural Minimalism to Coastal Spain
Created by DTR_Studio.

Coastal Spain is as scenic as you’d expect, so wanting to place a home there comes as no surprise. But DTR_Studios has created a space that does stand out from the crowd in the Claire House. Utilising the same white color scheme as the rest of the street, the upgrades are visible in the modern minimalism styling seen throughout the house.
Based in Gaucín, the home offers 360-degree views from the straits of Gilbraltar to Cortes Mountain. The brief the company received was for an open-plan space that’d allow the owners to have a panoramic view from the space. Take a look through the gallery to see the home for yourself.
