RHUDE Californian Relaxed Styling With Its Fall/Winter 2018 Collection
Exploring themes of American consumerism, the internet and dark fantasies.
Following up its punk and grunge-tinged Spring/Summer 2018 collection, RHUDE recently returned for an exploration of Californian relaxed styling.
Titled “Paraiso,” the latest Fall/Winter 2018 range is an extension of designer Rhuigi Villaseñor’s story-telling approach to design. Taking a look at themes of American consumerism, the internet, and dark fantasies, the series of garments is centered around a psychological escape following day to day routines. Relaxed silhouettes dominate the Fall/Winter collection laced with reimaginations of traditional business, formalwear and RHUDE’s emerging idea of Americana. Additionally, utilizing premium textiles, luxury construction serves as a main design element of “Paraiso.”
