Raf Simons, Vetements & Gosha Rubchinskiy Showcased in '90s-Influenced Editorial
“Croatian Brutalism.”
Canada-based retailer SSENSE has focused on labels including Raf Simons, Vetements and Gosha Rubchinskiy in a new editorial. Shot by photographer Danko Steiner and styled by Ana Steiner, the editorial is inspired by growing up in Zagreb in the 1990s. This influence is referenced in the aesthetic of the styling, as well as the brutalist buildings used as a setting for the shoot.
Key pieces used in the editorial include Vetements’ “genetically modified” Reebok collaboration, an asymmetric New Order-inspired tee from Raf Simons, and a graphic-printed Martine Rose hoodie.
