Mercedes is starting its subscription service, called Mercedes-Benz Collection. Details of the subscription are vague at this point in time, but it is known that the service will be tiered and part-rental, part-concierge.

Within these tiers will be different levels of vehicle, although it’s currently unclear what will be separating the levels. The service will also include concierge services through a mobile app, allowing for staff to deliver a vehicle to wherever a subscriber is. The monthly fee — expected to be between $600 USD and $2,000 USD — will also cover insurance, roadside assistance and maintenance costs. The pilot version of the program will launch in Nashville and Philadelphia from this June.

In related news, Uber is now offering car rentals.
