Drake Earned His First Canadian Hot 100 No. 1

Drake is definitely going to make a huge impact when his next studio album Views From The 6 lands. As we reported earlier in the month, Drake earned his first No. 1 Billboard hit in the U.K. thanks to his new Views single “One Dance.” Now, that same track has earned Drake another first time chart accomplishment. This time around, the song has given Drake his first No. 1 on the Canadian Hot 100. As Fader notes: “In the United States, “One Dance” sits at number three after three weeks on the Hot 100. If it takes the top spot, it would become Drake’s first solo number one stateside as well.” “One Dance” was only released a few weeks ago, but it’s already on course to become one of the bigger records in Drake’s recent career.
