Coca-Cola & adidas Brought Back Their Climacool 1 Collaboration
Coke and the Three Stripes take it back to the 2002 World Cup.
Back in 2002, fellow sponsors Coca-Cola and adidas linked up for a special edition Climacool 1 in honor of the World Cup. Now, following the return of the silhouette, adidas has brought back the kicks for a 2016 release. True to the original, the design once again comes decked out in red mesh and gold accents as co-branding comes embroidered on both heels to go along with special soccer ball graphic footbeds.
One of the more noteworthy Climacool collabs outside of James Bond’s designs for David Beckham, the Coke version of the kicks is available now via Sneaker Politics for $120 USD.
