Balencienaga Reveals Its Latest "Super-S" Chunky Sneaker

Following the trend of chunky sneakers, Balencienaga reveals the latest addition to the hyped streetwear staples: the Super-S. Much like the Triple-S, the new shoe gives even more added chunkiness, supplying the wearer a remarkable eight inches of height and maximum comfort. The sneaker, weighing in at just over 23 pounds, provides sport-like agility with cutting edge style. For the monochromatic upper, the Colombian brand utilized kangaroo hide and whale jelly, while the sole — the third and fifth from the top to be precise — incorporates solidified dirt and mud fused with real cork for a natural feel that molds to the foot over a period of five months. Lastly, an infant size is also available.
Balencienaga flagship stores in South America and Dubai will carry the Super-S on April 1 with a retail price of $4,100 USD. The infant “INF” edition is priced at $4,095 USD.
