Radiohead Announces 2016 World Tour

A couple of months ago Thom Yorke and company announced their first shows in four years, but now Radiohead has expounded on those dates a bit, revealing a full world tour for 2016. Kicking off May 20 in Amsterdam, the tour will run through October and includes a bevy of festival dates — including Barcelona’s Primavera Sound, Reykjavik’s Secret Solstice, Lisbon’s NOS Alive, Montreal’s Osheaga, Japan’s Summer Sonic and Berlin’s edition of Lollapalooza — as well as two-night stands at both Madison Square Garden and Los Angeles’ Shrine Auditorium. Could this mean that the group’s highly anticipated followup to 2011’s The King of Limbs is right around the corner? Only time will tell.
