Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have built an impressive collection of properties around the states, but have recently decided to sell off the Gwathmey-Siegel-designed penthouse purchased back in 2010. Within the spacious 2598-square-footage sits three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, as well as a 853-square-foot balcony that wraps around the entirety of the condo. With many big windows, they are equipped with electric window shades to control the natural light. The master bath was designed with marble flooring and panels that stretch all the way to the 10-foot ceiling. From a long history of celebrities that have lived on the property, the building has with it a 24-hour door security and parking with a secluded entrance.
