Honda's Upgraded Mean Mower Travels Over 134 MPH
The fastest lawnmower out there.
Back in 2014, Honda tricked out a lawnmower fast enough to make a world-record top speed run of 116.57 mph. Now the Mean Mower has gotten an upgrade, replacing its Honda VTR Super Hawk engine for a CBR1000RR Fireblade, which produces around 190 horsepower, twice as much as the original. The result, this home gardening companion can reach speeds over 134 mph.
Team Dynamics, who built the original, will return to bolt this one as well. Before, it was a journalist making the top speed run, but this around Honda will enlist up and coming Jessica Hawkins to race the Mower.
