Names like Skepta, Sampha, Giggs, and Jorja Smith all appeared on the project and now they’re reaping the benefits. According to a new report from BBC, UK artists streams have been going up in the since the release of More Life. Skepta’s music saw a 21% increase in U.S. subscriber streams, while Jorga Smith received a 12% boost. Meanwhile, Giggs experienced the biggest surge with a 146% increase. As for Sampha, he’s already established a large American fan base, so there wasn’t any significant increases in his streaming activity according to Spotify who also reported that Drake became the first artist to reach 10 billion streams on their platform.
