Beyoncé Unveils Queen Nefertiti-Themed Capsule Collection
From one queen to another.
Beyoncé follows up her Valentines Day-themed capsule drop, with yet another new release, this time centered around a theme of royalty. Dressed to resemble Ancient Egyptian Queen Nefertiti, portrait-style images of the Lemonade hitmaker can be seen glamming up a small range of T-shirts, long-sleeve crewneck pullovers and hoodies.
Physical appearances aside, Nefertiti held a position of power and prestige — co-ruling what was arguably the wealthiest period of Ancient Egyptian history, which can loosely be compared to Beyoncé’s current reign as the queen of r&b/pop music. Priced between $35 USD – $60 USD, the themed capsule can be found now through Beyoncé’s official online shop.
