The World's Most Popular Mid-Century Designs Are Relaunching
As part of the recent Stockholm Furniture Fair.
Stockholm Design Week will play home of some of the most popular mid-century designs as they make a comeback for the event. Launching at the Furniture Fair specifically, the fair will take designs from brands such as Carl Hansen & Son, Republic of Fritz Jansen – who produce Arne Jacobsen, Erik Jørgensen and place them alongside newer designers such as Fjordfiesta and Warm Nordic, who have shown how design can move forward from these iconic designs.
Amongst the relaunched items include Arne Jacobsen’s 1959 pot chair as well as the 1952 society table, Børge Mogensen’s 1950 hunting table, Hans Brattrud’s Scandia Ottoman and Hans Olsen’s the orange chairs amongst many other new designs. Take a look through the gallery to see the full range of goods for yourself.
If you want a home fragrance to compliment a classic Mid-Century chair then Byredo’s new London store will be of interest.
