Chance The Rapper & Dwyane Wade's Documentary ‘Shot in the Dark’ Releases Intense Trailer

Fresh off of announcing plans to produce a basketball documentary, the first trailer for Chance The Rapper and Dwyane Wade‘s Shot in the Dark has surfaced. Partnered with FOX Sports, the documentary will chronicle the intense training of Orr Academy’s high school basketball team as they aspire for greatness under head coach Lou Adams, facing systemic inequities that threaten to claim their future. The documentary also holds close to Chance’s heart as it was shot around his hometown’s high school basketball scene.
Directed by Dustin Nakao Haider, Shot in the Dark is scheduled for a February 24 release on FOX. The piece is part of FOX’s new docu-series Magnify, which explores the connection between sports, different social settings and culture. Watch the trailer above.
