Continuing the focus on the process behind its collections, Off-White™ recently released a documentary centered around its Fall/Winter 2019 “WEST VILLAGE” women’s collection.
The exclusive behind-the-scenes look spotlights Virgil Abloh‘s design process with a particular focus on his close relationship with his atelier team. Chronicling the conception and fabrication of the collection ahead of the Paris debut, the documentary is filled with moments that explain Virgil’s “WEST VILLAGE” theme.
Laced throughout the documentary are evocative cuts that show the designer pursuing his other passion, Art. The cuts reveal the methods Virgil utilized to create the large form pieces found at his latest art exhibitions around the world.
