A Monumental Grime Series Returns to Spotlight Novelist

[gallery columns="3"]London institution Rinse FM is bringing back one of grime’s most influential DVD series and placing the spotlight on one of the genre’s greatest modern talents for its first installment. Connecting with reigning modern grime king Novelist, Rinse serve up the debut episode of the newly-rejuvenated feature series Practice Hours. Initially used as a vessel to help catapult the careers of artists such as Skepta, Kano, JME and others, Practice Hours is being brought to Rinse’s YouTube for six new shows. As the first individual to be showcased in the current incarnation of Practice Hours, Novelist hangs out in his Lewisham stomping grounds, breaks down his mission statement as an artist and spits a freestyle while hanging out in the front seat of his friend’s car.
