Largest Collection of KAWS Companions Hits Heritage Auctions
Hard-to-find collectibles now up for bidding.

Heritage Auctions continues to spearhead notable sales of streetwear and key contemporary artists. Following the platform’s Supreme auction, the latest sale revolves around the largest range of hard-to-find KAWS Companion toys. Pulled from the private collection of elite art collector, Ronnie K. Pirovino, the auction features the KAWS x Karimoku Companion valued at $15,000 USD, the KAWS x Hajime Sorayama Companion in chrome for $12,000 USD, as well as the KAWS Accomplice figure at $6,000 USD.
“Upon first glance, I was viscerally hit by the KAWS Companion’s homage to Mickey Mouse, one of my favorite icons as a child,” said Pirovino to Heritage Auctions of his first encounter with the artist’s work. “The sculpture was both menacing and comical; both anchored in long-established pop culture, yet whimsical.”
Head over to Heritage Auctions’ website to learn more about the sale and bid on your favorites. The official auction launches this November 7 at noon EST. Elsewhere in art, Oli Epp showcases new paintings at the Artissima Art Fair in Turin, Italy.
