fragment design is no stranger to opulent collaborations, having teamed up with luxury labels like Louis Vuitton as recently as last year. This new collaboration may be one of the brand’s most adventurous, however, as the Japanese creative agency teams with French luxury imprint Baccarat, recognized for its exquisite, hand-blown crystalware.
The fruit of the creative partnership is a luxurious BE@RBRICK figure, handmade in the over-150-year-old company’s artisanal factory. Offered in a single 400% size, the figure boasts an angular crystalline shape, with the fragment design logo printed on the upper chest. It comes packed in a velvet-lined case, ideal for storing the delicate creation.
Retailing for ¥172,800 JPY (approximately $1,500 USD), the collaborative BE@RBRICK will be offered by lottery via Medicom Toy’s website and physical stores on November 23.
