A Bathing Ape Doubles-Up on Star Logos for Latest BAPE STA
A nice little update.
A Bathing Ape breathes a breath of fresh air into the OG BAPE STA footwear silhouette. The steetwear staple offers up both a black and a white pair of BAPE STAs that feature two contrasting shooting star logos applied on top of one another. Although this concept of double logos is nothing new for Nike (in fact the whole BAPE STA model is based around the AF-1), the application to BAPE’s take on the iconic sneaker is sure to be welcomed by many.
Rounding off the shoe are nice touches of details like the heel embroidery, tongue label, and metal BAPE Deubré. Those interested can find this in women’s sizing now over at the BAPE online store for ¥18,000 JPY (approximately $160 USD).
