Anderson .Paak Takes on Juice WRLD's "Lucid Dreams"
Punk style.

During a recent episode of .Paak House Radio on Beats 1, rapper Anderson .Paak shared his take on Juice WRLD‘s “Lucid Dreams.” Remixing it into an “emo pop punk” version, the numerously mixed single has yet to see such an unconventional iteration. With instrumentals provided by The Free Nationals, .Paak delivered his lines in a high-pitched, nasally twang. Check out the clip in the IG video below and for the full episode, head over to Apple Music.
The track was part of a “Flipped” segment where .Paak takes original songs and reinterprets them. Juice WRLD’s “Lucid Dreams” originally dropped in 2017.
Anderson .Paak is gearing up for the release of his forthcoming album, Oxnard, which is slated to drop on November 16. The 14-track LP will include features from J. Cole, Snoop Dogg, Pusha T, The Game, ScHoolboy Q, BJ The Chicago Kid, Rapsody, and of course, Kendrick Lamar. Check out Oxnard‘s full tracklist.
