adidas 98 X Crazy BYW Bridges the Gap Between Past and Present
Upgrading some of its heritage basketball models.

adidas has been known to pay homage to some of its older models by giving them a makeover to fit today’s footwear climate. The Three Stripes continues this method by combining its modern Crazy BYW with the Crazy 2 silhouette. The drop shares a mix of clean “Crystal White/Cloud White-Running White” throughout as it rests atop the Crazy BYW’s BOOST midsole pods. The upper adds mesh with leather overlays along with a large adidas stamp on each lateral side.
The adidas 98 X Crazy BYW “Crystal White” hits select adidas shelves and adidas.com on November 19 for $170 USD. Three Stripes enthusiasts can also take a look at how the Pharrell x adidas POD System Hu looks on-foot.
